Head of Real Estate Technology

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy for the global real estate investment and operating platform.
• Partner with real estate acquisitions, asset management, and property operations teams to translate workflows into scalable technological capabilities.
• Lead the evolution of platforms supporting the full real estate lifecycle, including deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, and portfolio monitoring.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, and MRI.
• Drive the development of a robust real estate investment data architecture in partnership with Data & AI leadership.
• Manage and lead high-performing teams, including investment technology engineering, real estate systems specialists, and analytics leads.
• Ensure platform architecture is scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise security and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology experience supporting real estate investment platforms within alternative asset managers, private equity, or institutional investors.
• Deep knowledge of real estate investment and asset management workflows (acquisitions, underwriting, and property operations).
• Significant experience implementing and operating platforms such as DealCloud, Yardi, RealPage, Argus, or MRI.
• Proven track record of leading technology teams and partnering with investment professionals.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Engineering, Computer Science, or quantitative academic background.
