Head of Quality North America

Responsibilities

• Lead and transform Quality across North America by deploying a harmonized One Roquette QMS
• Own product release across all sites within the North America Region and guarantee regulatory compliance for Pharma, Food, and Feed
• Drive the North America Quality strategy and roadmap, contributing to global HPS standards
• Lead the deployment of Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to simplify processes and reduce waste
• Manage and develop a high-performing Regional Operational Quality network and leadership team
• Ensure audit readiness and lead internal and external inspections
• Act as the Regional Crisis Leader for product-related issues
• Oversee third-party supplier quality and represent the company in industry forums

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of Quality leadership experience within pharma, pharma supplier regulated industries, or CDMO environments
• Proven multi-site or regional leadership experience across different geographies and functions
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean or Operational Excellence with hands-on deployment experience
• Strong ability to influence and drive change within complex, matrixed organizations
• Experience managing third-party/contract manufacturing quality compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Advanced scientific or engineering degree
• Experience with CAPEX project quality oversight
