Head of Quality

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s Quality and Food Safety strategy
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 22000 standards and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain certifications
• Monitor performance indicators and implement effective action plans
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Procurement departments to ensure process integrity
• Manage customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions

Requirements

• Degree in Food Engineering, Quality Management, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Proven experience in Quality leadership roles within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22000 and food safety management systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, IFS)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• High level of organization, rigor, and results orientation
