About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects from opportunity through to completion
- Provide strategic direction and governance across multiple project teams
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an executive sponsor
- Own the financial performance and commercial governance of the delivery portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and delivery teams
- Ensure compliance with governance, quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience within Technical & Transformation, FM, Construction, or Property
- Professional Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline
- NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
