Head of Project Process Management and Key Initiatives, SEF EMEA

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Project/Program and Process Management functions for SEF across all EMEA sites
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating resources and timelines across multiple locations
• Partner closely with the Regional GM to align project execution with regional priorities and deliverables
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Establish and monitor KPIs for project and process management, reporting progress to senior leadership
• Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformation and continuous improvement
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project and process management teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in process and project management within industrial manufacturing
• PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt highly desirable
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site, or global initiatives and teams
• Expertise in digital transformation, change management, and structured process improvement methodologies
• Experience in the automotive sector is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
