Head of Project Finance

Responsibilities

• Own capital formation across the portfolio and set financing strategy for power and data center assets
• Lead the project finance function end to end, from originating relationships to managing post-close compliance
• Build and lead the project finance team, including hiring and defining the operating model
• Structure and close large-scale non-recourse and limited-recourse debt facilities and tax equity partnerships
• Serve as the principal face to capital markets, including tier-one banks and infrastructure funds
• Partner with the CEO and CFO on enterprise capital strategy and portfolio construction
• Build internal financial infrastructure including models, underwriting standards, and reporting systems

Requirements

• 10+ years in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance
• Proven track record of closing large-scale non-recourse and limited-recourse debt facilities
• Deep experience structuring senior debt, mezzanine, tax equity, and sponsor equity
• Demonstrated ability to build a finance function from scratch
• Established relationships with institutional lenders and infrastructure funds
• Elite financial modeling fluency
• Strong executive presence and narrative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience financing power generation, energy, or data center infrastructure
• Familiarity with ITC/PTC tax credit structures and Inflation Reduction Act provisions
• Background at an infrastructure-focused investment bank or infrastructure fund
• Experience with equipment-level financing or sale-leaseback structures
• MBA, CFA, or graduate degree in a quantitative field
