Hearth is the AI growth system for local home improvement small businesses. We build revenue-critical software for home improvement contractors — the roofers, HVAC techs, and builders who keep America running. With 15,000+ paying customers and backing from top investors like Founder’s Fund and 8VC, we are focused on bringing AI to the trades.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate Facebook Ads and Google Ads end-to-end, including strategy, targeting, and budget allocation
  • Build and scale programmatic display and native campaigns across channels like The Trade Desk, DV360, and YouTube
  • Drive lead generation for contractor acquisition to feed the sales pipeline
  • Manage meaningful paid budgets with full P&L accountability, tracking CAC and ROAS in real-time
  • Build and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead capture flows
  • Run rigorous A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Maintain conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution infrastructure
  • Leverage AI tools to scale creative production and audience modeling

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads at scale
  • Proven track record managing $500K+ monthly paid budgets
  • Hands-on expertise in Ads Manager, including writing copy and testing creative
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools
  • Technical ability to implement pixels, conversion events, and CRM integrations
  • Experience building paid acquisition from scratch in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience acquiring SMB or contractor/trades customers
  • Background in vertical SaaS, fintech, or marketplace companies
  • Experience with programmatic platforms like The Trade Desk or DV360
  • Track record scaling lead generation from $50K/month to $500K+/month
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
