Head of Program & Portfolio Management

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop the Program Management competence and team for the SerDes Networking Solution segment
• Drive Project Portfolio and Pipeline Management to ensure alignment of investments and resources with business strategy
• Oversee program definition activities, including market input, product positioning, and execution strategy
• Partner with Product Line leadership to prepare and defend portfolio decisions
• Drive disciplined planning, risk management, budget tracking, and milestone control across multi-site, cross-functional teams
• Ensure transparent and high-quality internal and external reporting on program status and risks
• Act as an executive interface for key OEMs and Tier-1 customers in alignment with Sales and Product Management
• Support the integration of Aviva Links into NXP’s scalable program structures and governance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (MBA is a plus)
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or high-tech industries
• Significant leadership experience in program, product, or general management roles
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional, and multi-site projects with substantial budget responsibility
• Strong background in complex system development (HW, SW, validation, qualification)
• Deep knowledge of automotive NPI processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of automotive networking, ADAS/IVI systems, or closely related domains
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to influence at the executive level and align diverse global stakeholders
