Axle Health builds AI scheduling and workforce management software to empower in-home healthcare providers to deliver exceptional, personalized care right where patients feel most comfortable—at home. Our platform includes proprietary logistics algorithms, a mobile app for field staff, and an operations dashboard for office teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Implementation function, leading complex customer deployments and technical integrations with EMR systems
- Productize implementation services by transforming custom deployments into standardized, tiered offerings
- Own and grow the Account Management function to drive renewal and upsell revenue
- Design and launch premium service SKUs and white-glove onboarding packages
- Establish tiered support offerings combining AI-powered automation with strategic human support
- Drive revenue growth by owning service revenue targets and identifying expansion opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional post-sale execution with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Develop scalable customer health and engagement systems, including dashboards and health scoring models
- Define service delivery standards, unit economics, and operational metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience productizing services and driving services revenue growth
- Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing strategy, and revenue models
- Hands-on experience leading complex enterprise software deployments and technical integrations
- Track record of building and scaling customer-facing teams in high-growth environments
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Executive presence with ability to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders
- Startup mentality with high agency and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in workforce management or logistics software
- Experience building customer support functions from scratch
- Professional services experience within the healthcare technology sector
- Expertise in EMR integrations and healthcare IT standards like HL7 or FHIR
- Experience in the home healthcare or field service industry
