Head of Production Support

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team within the VIP Maintenance department
• Manage work preparation technically and organizationally, including goal setting and resource control
• Ensure the quality of work plans by deriving scopes from technical documentation and customer requirements
• Evaluate change requests and manage their impact on schedules, costs, and resources
• Drive process digitalization and initiate continuous improvement projects
• Support management decisions through detailed analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of experience in production, planning, or engineering environments
• Proven experience in change management projects and process optimization
• Strong knowledge of operational and aviation regulatory requirements (Part 145)
• Proficiency in Lean Management methods
• Very good command of both German and English
