Head of Production Planning

Responsibilities

• Build a 3-5 year production capacity strategy for T1 and T2 partners aligned with brand growth targets
• Coordinate with Sustainability, Legal, and Finance for supplier compliance audits and onboarding
• Facilitate seasonal allocation processes between demand, supply planning, and sourcing teams
• Mitigate seasonal capacity issues and manage buy readiness for purchase order placement
• Develop material booking strategies to shorten lead times and optimize utilization
• Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners through regular factory visits
• Lead manufacturing efficiency projects such as level loading and optimal capacity utilization
• Manage implementation of planning and warehousing SOP projects like RFID and direct shipments

Requirements

• Experience in apparel and accessories categories
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing establishment preferred
• Basic knowledge of technical products and GSD proficiency
• Degree or qualification in garment manufacturing preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of leading highly motivated, multicultural teams
• Proficiency in English is required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a push for excellence
