Head of Production

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations in Plating, RTI, and Fulfillment while maintaining high standards for quality, hygiene, and occupational safety
• Ensure operational performance based on SQCDP metrics, including shift performance, personnel planning, and material flow
• Coach and develop Area Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams to foster a performance-oriented culture
• Identify and implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support product launches, scaling projects, and future automation initiatives through cross-departmental collaboration

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in food production, FMCG, logistics, or high-throughput fulfillment environments
• Proven track record in Operational Excellence, KPI management, and team development
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in chilled food production or Lean Management is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
