About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the trader-focused product suite, emphasizing Futures & Options (F&O), margin trading, and advanced order types
- Translate active trader needs, such as charting tools and low-latency execution, into actionable product requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development through the product lifecycle
- Define and track KPIs including trading volume, order conversion rate, and revenue per user
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes to identify market leadership opportunities
- Establish feedback loops with active traders through interviews and usage data analysis
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management
- 4+ years of experience in Fintech, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets
- In-depth knowledge of Futures & Options (F&O), Listed Equities, and advanced trading platforms
- Proven success launching complex digital products in agile environments
- Ability to collaborate with engineering on high-volume, low-latency API integrations
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field
