Head of Product & Technology

Responsibilities

• Own and define the product roadmap aligned with Miror’s vision of holistic menopausal care
• Lead discovery to understand user needs across symptoms, lifestyle, and mental health
• Translate clinical and hormonal health protocols into user-friendly digital journeys and AI-assisted experiences
• Select and refine AI approaches including APIs, custom models, and RAG
• Define user experience patterns for AI, including prompting and safety expectations
• Collaborate with engineers on high-level architecture for apps, backend, and data pipelines
• Facilitate product rituals including backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Work with medical advisors to ensure clinical credibility in all product experiences
• Ensure product and data architecture align with healthcare regulations and privacy standards

Requirements

• 8–10 years in product management, technology leadership, or engineering
• Experience as an AI Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
• Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital products
• Experience with AI or large language model-powered products
• Strong technical foundation with ability to discuss architectural trade-offs
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and experimentation
• Ability to operate in early-stage, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, wellness, or femtech
• Experience with health data, behavior change, or regulated environments
