Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners
• Drive product discovery through customer research, market analysis, and data-driven insights
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products
• Define and monitor product KPIs including adoption, engagement, and revenue
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Egypt and the GCC markets

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management
• 4+ years in a senior product leadership role
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS, web, or mobile products
• Strong background in product strategy, discovery, and Agile delivery
• Experience leading and mentoring Product Owners or Product Managers
• Expertise in product metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Egypt and GCC markets is highly desirable
