Head of Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for assigned manufacturing processes across multiple plants.
• Execute technical analyses and document findings, conclusions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in technical audits, validations, and process assessments.
• Propose technical adjustments aligned with established standards and organizational guidelines.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely execution and closure.
• Interact with plant teams to collect, analyze, and validate technical process information.
• Support the analysis and resolution of complex technical and process-related problems.
• Contribute to the development, update, and maintenance of technical standards and documentation.
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to leaders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
• Technical experience in the assigned manufacturing process (e.g., cores, heat treatment, machining, or metallurgy).
• Proven experience in technical analysis, audits, problem-solving, and documentation.
• Ability to interact effectively with plant teams and present technical conclusions.
• Proficient English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, or SPC.
