Head of Product Operations and AI Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own Product Operations end-to-end across Data, Stories, and Process pillars
• Manage product metrics including customer health, engineering delivery (DORA), and product engagement
• Oversee the full delivery cadence including roadmap intake, Jira administration, and OKRs
• Drive AI transformation by extending Claude-based workflows and agentic product-ops tooling
• Run cross-functional forums such as Product Court and Bar Raisers to ensure organizational alignment
• Partner with GTM on pricing, packaging, and vendor management

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product/program leadership
• Experience building or scaling Product Ops in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
• Deep fluency in Jira and modern product stacks (Pendo, Sigma, Snowflake, Confluence)
• Hands-on experience using AI/automation to optimize product workflows
• Proficiency with Claude and other advanced AI tools
• Based in NYC and comfortable in a high-velocity culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry
• Expertise in DORA tooling and engineering throughput metrics
