Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to execution
• Define product vision, requirements, user stories, and prototypes
• Drive innovation by identifying product gaps and launching features to improve UX and revenue
• Analyze competitor products to identify market opportunities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Work with Marketing and Sales to increase website traffic and mobile app downloads
• Support data-driven decision-making through metric analysis
• Ensure optimal resource allocation across the product roadmap
• Implement improvements to user experience and platform performance

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E + MBA from a reputed institution
• 10+ years of experience in product management
• Strong focus on B2C digital products and mobile apps
• Proven track record of driving engagement metrics like DAU, MAU, and app downloads
• Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, CleverTap, Branch, and WhatsApp APIs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with current digital product technologies
