Head of Product Management Tennis

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management function for the Tennis category, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring market fit and commercial success
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class tennis products
• Drive innovation and performance improvements based on athlete insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
• Manage and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, preferably within the sports or footwear/apparel industry
• Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering successful consumer products
• Deep understanding of the tennis market, athlete needs, and product performance requirements
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
