Head of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of the global Power Transmission & Distribution (PTD) product portfolio and roadmap
• Coach and develop the global product management team to achieve strategic growth goals
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to implement international market development strategies
• Manage product development projects, including defining requirement specifications and ensuring marketability
• Oversee the entire product life cycle, from market launch to continuous optimization and technical documentation
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, marketing, and customers worldwide to expand key relationships

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (e.g., electrical or mechanical) or business administration with strong technical understanding
• Several years of experience in product management, sales, or project management within an industrial environment
• In-depth knowledge of product portfolio management and the international market landscape
• Proficiency with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Aurea) systems
• Fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel internationally (~15%)
