Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Own product end to end including strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution
• Partner with founding and engineering teams to maintain high velocity
• Design and run growth experiments and analyze results
• Translate customer pain points into sharp product direction
• Define success metrics and maintain high standards for quality and outcomes
• Partner with AI and engineering to develop AI-native capabilities
• Build systems and rituals for fast learning and decision making

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management with 0→1 experience
• Hands-on builder mindset (writing specs, prototyping, data analysis)
• AI-first operator comfortable with tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong technical fluency to discuss architecture and trade-offs
• High autonomy and comfort in ambiguous, founder-led environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, MarTech, retention, or email marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive
