Linkly is a PE-backed, Australian fintech focusing on payment integration solutions. We are a leading provider in ecommerce recurring billing, and our middleware powers over 200,000 terminals and processes over two billion transactions annually. Our clients include major banks and retailers such as Woolworths, David Jones, JB Hi-Fi, and Bunnings.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Linkly's in-store payments portfolio
• Build a product investment approach balancing customer needs, technical sustainability and commercial returns
• Partner with the CEO and Executive Team on strategy, growth initiatives and investment priorities
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the in-store portfolio, from discovery through delivery, adoption and optimisation
• Lead product direction for terminal integrations, cloud-based solutions and merchant experiences
• Partner with Engineering to address technical debt and platform modernisation
• Build strong relationships with key customers, banks, acquirers, and POS partners
• Own product revenue growth, customer adoption and commercial performance metrics

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience leading products in a technical payments environment
• Hands-on experience with in-store payments, terminal integrations, and POS systems
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including merchants, acquirers, banks, and gateways
• Strong technical product capability regarding architecture and APIs
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and measurable commercial outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
