Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Analyze the existing product portfolio to identify untapped business opportunities and expand domain impact.
• Transform complex business objectives into actionable technical specifications, wireframes, and PRDs.
• Collaborate with System Architects to ensure product features are built on scalable, modular frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering and PMO leadership to ensure timely, high-quality feature launches.
• Utilize A/B testing and key monitoring metrics to drive data-driven product iterations.
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Anti-fraud functions to ensure global compliance and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic team leadership and mentoring product professionals.
• Strong expertise in product definition, solution design, and technical architecture collaboration.
• Ability to manage rapid response and crisis management for production-environment incidents.
• Demonstrated skill in data-driven decision-making and portfolio optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate roadmaps for diverse stakeholders.
• High level of agility to thrive in fast-paced, shifting market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience in payment, invoice, and accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax frameworks to support global business growth.
• Experience optimizing collection and payout efficiency through automation and API integrations.
