Head of Product – Infinity MENA

Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Engagement

• Spend significant time with enterprise clients, regulators, and partners to understand pain points firsthand.
• Lead discovery workshops, pilots, and field testing to validate product-market fit.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and workflows.
• Ensure products deliver tangible business value—cost savings, efficiency gains, or revenue impact.

Product Strategy & Execution

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Infinity MENA portfolio companies.
• Prioritize features and launches that solve the most pressing regional problems.
• Build and track success metrics that tie directly to customer value and adoption.
• Adapt Infinity’s global playbooks into MENA-specific product strategies.

Leadership & Growth

• Build a regional product organization as Infinity MENA companies scale.
• Instill a customer-first product culture across all business units.
• Partner with regional CEOs, founders, and engineering leads to drive adoption.
• Represent Infinity MENA at industry forums, board discussions, and investor meetings.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, focused on building and scaling teams.
• Demonstrated success building B2B/enterprise products, ideally in AI, automation, SaaS, or managed services.
• Track record collaborating directly with enterprise customers to shape product design and drive adoption.
• Experience in MENA markets or similar regions with complex enterprise/government stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency; able to work closely with engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with C-level and government counterparts.
