IT Project Manager B2B (Dubai)

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work on B2B product enhancement, defining business goals, project scope, necessary developments, cost, resources, and timeline
• Prepare and deliver impactful, well-organized presentations
• Manage project documentation and track progress, conducting regular reviews with internal and client stakeholders
• Serve as a bridge between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical specialists
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance business relations with clients
• Mentor and coach team members, resolving critical issues and escalating them when necessary
• Participate in QA and pre-UAT to ensure exceptional quality
• Support core team with integrations and additional functionalities

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Russian, with advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work in the office in Dubai (helping with relocation)
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in online business
• Proficiency in Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile)
• Strong technical aptitude: web and mobile technology, development cycles, API understanding, developer communication skills, analytical thinking
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and teams concurrently
