IT Director (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute group-wide IT strategy, reporting to the COO.
• Lead and mentor IT professionals, foster innovation and accountability.
• Advise senior management on technologies and digital transformation.
• Ensure standardized IT governance and policies across all entities.
• Oversee infrastructure: servers, storage, networking, firewalls, UPS, NAS.
• Manage Google Workspace, Office 365, Active Directory, domain, email.
• Supervise Wi-Fi, IP telephony, printers, CCTV, access control, biometric attendance.
• Vendor selection, contract negotiation, and IT provider management.
• Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, procurement with Finance.
• Manage subscriptions, licenses, asset lifecycle.
• Establish IT policies, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee security tools deployment (device protection, firewalls, backups).
• Ensure data protection, disaster recovery, business continuity.
• Manage cloud environments: Azure, hosting providers, DNS, backups.
• Supervise web hosting, task management, source control.
• Lead Oracle Fusion application deployment and adoption.
• Coordinate software development, integrations, enterprise applications with vendors.
• Ensure efficient daily operations: smart TVs, conferencing, meeting booking systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years leadership
• Proven IT infrastructure, vendor management, cybersecurity
• Enterprise IT operations, networking, cloud services, governance
• Budget, procurement, finance collaboration
• Leadership, project management, decision-making, communication
• UAE National (required)
• On-site in Dubai, UAE
• Group-wide responsibility across multiple entities
