Head of Product Growth

Responsibilities

• Own Juniper’s retention and lifecycle strategy, including onboarding, reactivation flows, and LTV expansion
• Lead the Product Growth function by managing a team across lifecycle, CRM, design, and copy
• Analyze behavioral data and patient feedback to translate insights into high-impact engagement initiatives
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences
• Establish testing frameworks and prioritization logic for disciplined experimentation
• Support ecosystem expansion and go-to-market approaches for new products and services
• Drive accountability for retention, engagement, reactivation, and LTV metrics

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product growth, lifecycle, retention, CRM, or experimentation
• Proven track record of owning retention and LTV metrics at scale in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of personalization and behavioral psychology
• Sharp instinct for UX, copy, and digital customer experience
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Clear and structured communication skills for stakeholder alignment
