Head of Product, Global Payments Network Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of global money movement infrastructure, from strategy and roadmap planning to partner assessment and delivery.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, driving impactful outcomes in payments, settlements, and infrastructure.
• Leverage AI/ML insights to optimize payment routing, reduce transaction costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with financial partners, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to build scalable and compliant infrastructure.
• Communicate product strategy and prioritization with conviction, informed by deep user research and market insights.
• Rapidly iterate on new product launches and feature enhancements to improve speed and customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management or Engineering, specifically within platform/infrastructure or technology domains.
• 3+ years of formal people management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to delivery at a global scale.
• Strong analytical skills and a comfort with data-driven decision-making to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work flexibly across global time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hyper-growth startup environments or financial infrastructure.
• Direct experience building payments or money movement platforms, or working with global card schemes.
• Robust understanding of money movement systems, ledgers, or payments orchestration.
• Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the fintech sector.
