Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and strategy for Fever’s onsite & distribution vertical
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term innovation
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team
  • Partner with engineering, commercial, and operations leaders to ensure alignment
  • Drive the integration of products and technologies from acquired companies into a unified platform
  • Use data, experimentation, and user research to optimize ticket purchase flows and fan experiences
  • Oversee A/B testing to improve conversion, checkout, and discovery
  • Track and communicate product KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital platforms
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate vision into execution
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI, agile development, and data-driven product management
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling products across international markets
  • Background in ticketing, e-commerce, or marketplaces
  • Experience in B2B2C models
  • Familiarity with payments, fraud prevention, and mobile-first ticketing solutions
  • Experience integrating products or platforms post-acquisition
