Head of Product Development

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy for the mobile gaming portfolio, focusing on eProfit outcomes and high-priority bets.
• Own the full technical architecture, including Unity game clients, backend systems, release pipelines, and internal tooling.
• Drive AI adoption across product and engineering functions, building intelligence layers for analytics, QA, and LiveOps automation.
• Act as a hands-on player-coach, personally contributing to PRDs, architecture decisions, code reviews, and core system shipping.
• Lead and grow a lean team of Product Owners and engineers (Unity, backend, design, QA) through proximity and high-impact mentorship.
• Partner with monetization, UA, and data departments to ensure all portfolio decisions are grounded in full eProfit context.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including senior leadership roles in mobile gaming or mobile product environments.
• Proven ability to be hands-on in both product and engineering (writing both PRDs and code).
• Deep expertise in Unity (C#) and mobile game architecture, including scalable client-server systems.
• AI-native proficiency with concrete examples of using AI tools to accelerate development and product output.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, experimentation cycles, and metric-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading high-performance teams in fast-moving, lean environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience founding or co-founding a mobile gaming studio.
• Proven track record of scaling ad-monetized casual games to significant revenue.
• Experience building internal automation pipelines, CI/CD, or SDK integrations.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Firebase, GameAnalytics, or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with mobile game monetization systems (Ads and IAP).
