Head of Product Design

Responsibilities

• Shape and influence product vision, strategy, and cross-functional decision-making
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Pedagogy leadership to define solutions and priorities
• Own end-to-end design quality and user experience through prototyping and experimentation
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers
• Build and evolve scalable design practices and AI-enabled ways of working

• Deep passion for AI and its impact on product development
