Head of Product Design

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product designers, setting clear expectations and coaching to raise the craft bar
• Establish a strong operating cadence including critiques, design reviews, and planning to improve throughput
• Evolve and govern the design system to enable design and engineering to ship faster with confidence
• Operationalize an AI-first design process from research to prototyping and engineering handoff

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with substantial time leading teams in complex environments
• Proven track record designing workflow-heavy, data-rich experiences like dashboards or analytics
• Experience building and governing design systems that improve shipping velocity
