About the Company

Cosmos Labs is the core team driving development and growth of the Cosmos blockchain ecosystem. Cosmos powers the largest network of vertically integrated Layer 1 blockchains in the world, with over 200 blockchains using the Cosmos Stack in production. The team is currently building a groundbreaking tokenized deposit product to provide mid-sized and regional banks with modern DLT capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product direction for the tokenization platform
• Define and evolve product requirements (PRDs), API specifications, and integration patterns
• Partner with engineering and design to move products from prototype to production
• Conduct direct customer discovery with target banks and fintech partners to validate product assumptions
• Translate banking-side realities (e.g., batch files, regulatory holds) into engineering design inputs
• Coordinate with the Chief Commercial Officer to acquire design partners and meet commercial milestones
• Maintain deep awareness of the competitive landscape in blockchain and banking infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years in product, strategy, or technology roles at a commercial bank, core banking vendor, or bank-focused fintech
• Hands-on experience with core banking systems such as Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, or Temenos
• Deep understanding of deposit operations, GL reconciliation, and US deposit regulations (FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, Reg CC)
• Familiarity with payment rails including ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT
• Experience with DLT tokenization and shipping products in a tokenization-related environment
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, pre-product-market fit environment
• Willingness to work in-office in NYC (Union Square) 3 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging, correspondent banking, or treasury management
• Track record working with mid-size ($50B–$300B) or larger US banks
• Knowledge of Canton Network, R3 Corda, Partior, Regulated Liability Network, or Project Agora
