About the Company
Our client is a high-growth AI company building the infrastructure that enables humans and AI to collaborate at scale. They design systems that allow top-tier experts to contribute high-quality data to help AI researchers build more capable, reliable, and aligned AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end product vision, UX, and design for expert and customer platforms
- Lead a multidisciplinary team across product management, UX/UI design, and product operations
- Design world-class onboarding, vetting, and work interfaces for a global network of experts
- Partner with Research & Applied AI to integrate ML-powered capabilities across interfaces
- Define human-in-the-loop UX for expert review, annotation, and feedback cycles
- Serve as a key thought partner to the CEO and executive team on product-driven business strategy
- Collaborate with GTM, Operations, and Customer Success to align product development with revenue and adoption
Requirements
- 7+ years in product and/or design leadership at high-growth tech companies
- Experience scaling products from 0→1 and 1→100
- Deep aesthetic sensibility and product craftsmanship
- Technical fluency with data systems, ML workflows, and APIs
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain exceptional PM and design talent
- Experience building expert networks, marketplaces, or human-in-the-loop systems preferred
- Prior entrepreneurial or founding experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
