Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the cards acceptance product lifecycle.
• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new card features in collaboration with Product Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Drive geographic expansion of cards products beyond Europe to support international growth.
• Identify untapped merchant vertical opportunities to maximize net revenue.
• Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing cross-functional team of approximately 20 people.
• Navigate technical architecture and work with payment schemes and external partners.

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching successful financial or payment products.
• Expertise in commercial and GTM strategy, including pricing and positioning.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and partnership strategies.
• Technical depth in cards acquiring architecture and PCI compliance landscapes.
• Experience managing operations-heavy environments with massive transaction volumes.
• Strong leadership experience developing cross-functional teams.
• Relentless focus on customer obsession and merchant pain points.
