About the role
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise product marketing and growth strategy in partnership with senior leaders
- Lead GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch planning across Life and Annuities
- Manage end-to-end GTM for Life and Annuity products
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across advisor and customer journeys
- Embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into personalization and campaign orchestration
- Design agent-first programs to accelerate adoption and loyalty
- Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team
Requirements
- 10+ years in product marketing, CRM, growth, or consulting within Life and/or Annuities
- Deep expertise in advisor-centric distribution models
- Proven success leading GTM strategy and teams
- Strong Salesforce CRM and AI-driven marketing experience
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
