About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise product marketing and growth strategy in partnership with senior leaders
  • Lead GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch planning across Life and Annuities
  • Manage end-to-end GTM for Life and Annuity products
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across advisor and customer journeys
  • Embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into personalization and campaign orchestration
  • Design agent-first programs to accelerate adoption and loyalty
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing, CRM, growth, or consulting within Life and/or Annuities
  • Deep expertise in advisor-centric distribution models
  • Proven success leading GTM strategy and teams
  • Strong Salesforce CRM and AI-driven marketing experience
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
