Head of Product

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders
• Oversee the product development process from ideation to execution using Agile methodologies
• Advocate for the customer using market research, user feedback, and analytics
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
• Leverage data and analytics to assess performance and prioritize features
• Present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years in a leadership or senior product management role
• Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch
• Experience in Fintech or Lending space preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Solid understanding of software development and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
