Head of Product - AI

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-first product strategy to make AI the core intelligence layer of the platform
• Architect agentic systems and orchestration models for autonomous workflows
• Shape the AI-driven seller and buyer experience across the entire platform
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to drive execution

Requirements

• 7–10 years in product management with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products as a primary mechanism
• Deep familiarity with agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent frameworks
• Ability to translate complex product visions into actionable roadmaps
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-native product design and new interaction models
• Ownership of complex, multi-sided experience products (community platforms, creator tools)
• SaaS platform experience in creator economy, edtech, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with LLM protocols, MCP, RAG, and function calling
• Technical background in engineering or data science
