Head of Procurement

Responsibilities

• Build and own an opportunity pipeline to deliver value-adding initiatives across the Brandtech Group
• Drive the launch and implementation of procurement technology (Omnea)
• Create and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Leverage data insights and metrics to drive cost-saving opportunities
• Champion best practice processes for sourcing products and services
• Influence Sustainability and DEI objectives through supplier management
• Mitigate commercial and reputational risk through robust contract management
• Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure effective communication of the buying process

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in a procurement role
• Experience building or leading a procurement function is an advantage
• Strong leadership and ability to influence senior executives
• Knowledge of operating and launching procurement technology
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing principles and best practices
• Experience managing IT and Technology spend categories
• Excellent negotiation and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
