Head of Procurement

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end procurement strategy aligned with business growth and cost optimisation
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations and establish long-term supplier partnerships
• Build and develop a high-performing procurement organisation across sourcing and contract management
• Establish and enforce robust procurement and contract governance frameworks
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Expansion, Property, FM, Fulfilment, Digital, Marketing, and Food
• Deliver data-driven insights on spend, contracts, and risk exposure
• Champion procurement digitalisation and process standardisation
• Manage commercial and contractual risks and drive sustainable sourcing practices

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management in multi-market environments
• Proven track record in leading high-value negotiations and delivering business value
• Expertise in procurement governance, contract management, and risk mitigation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience driving procurement transformation and digitalisation (e.g., Source-to-Pay)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and markets
