Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for IT, SaaS, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and FinTech tooling
• Negotiate complex, multi-year vendor contracts in collaboration with Legal teams
• Partner with InfoSec, Operational Risk, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance (FCA, PCI-DSS, SOC2)
• Act as a strategic advisor to Engineering, Product, and Executive teams
• Develop and track vendor KPIs and SLAs through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Formalize and own the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework
• Identify vendor dependencies and develop contingency and exit strategies
• Manage the full vendor governance lifecycle, including renewals and assessments

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
• Experience within a regulated Tech, SaaS, FinTech, or financial services environment
• Proven track record of negotiating complex pricing models with tech vendors
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build TCO and ROI models
• Direct experience operating a third-party risk management (TPRM) framework
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience navigating financial and regulatory audits
• Familiarity with modern procurement and spend-management software
• Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM
• Working knowledge of FCA regulatory expectations for outsourcing and operational resilience
