Head of Procurement

Responsibilities

• Organize and control the company’s procurement processes
• Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy
• Manage the procurement budget and drive cost optimization
• Monitor compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards
• Manage turnover, stock levels, inventory analysis, and demand forecasting
• Lead, train, and develop the procurement team
• Select, evaluate, and develop suppliers while managing negotiations
• Collaborate with logistics, production, and finance departments
• Prepare detailed reports and analytics on procurement activities

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
• Proficiency in both English and Russian (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking skills
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
• Systematic approach to complex tasks
