Head of Process Engineering - Intelligent Systems & AI (IS&AI)

Responsibilities

• Define the global process architecture for software and solutions, covering design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Develop long-term transformation roadmaps and target operating models to support scalability and compliance.
• Lead the design, harmonization, and global deployment of standardized end-to-end processes across markets.
• Act as a key transformation leader, partnering with Business Transformation teams to deploy capabilities and oversee development cycles.
• Build and nurture Communities of Practice to elevate process maturity across the organization.
• Lead and develop a global team of Business Process Experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish process performance metrics and dashboards to track impact against internal and external benchmarks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software design, development, operations, supply chain, or professional services within a global environment.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end process design, harmonization, and large-scale global deployments.
• 10+ years of experience working in global, cross-functional settings.
• Proven experience in building software capabilities such as cloud deployment, software supply chain, and lifecycle strategies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality management requirements in software and healthcare environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in modernization initiatives such as process automation, workflow orchestration, or AI-enabled process improvement.
