About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and retain a team of 5 pre-sales consultants across ES, FR, PT, IT, and DACH markets.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive qualified Finance pipeline through campaigns, content, and events.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to design expansion plays that convert HR customers into Finance customers.
  • Work with Product Marketing on positioning, pricing narratives, and launch plans.
  • Enable New Business, Customer Success, and Partner streams through certifications, playbooks, and demo assets.
  • Synthesize market signals and customer feedback to influence the Finance product roadmap.
  • Personally lead discovery and demos for the most strategic Finance deals.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams to hit and exceed targets.
  • Deep finance domain knowledge (e.g., AP automation, expense workflows, procurement, or FP&A).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in GTM operations, working closely with Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, or German.
  • Consultancy-grade thinking and a strategic, owner-oriented mindset.
