Head of P&O Moulded Glass Italy

Responsibilities

• Apply HR strategy in alignment with Group guidelines and local business needs
• Manage people management, organizational design, and change management processes
• Oversee industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements
• Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning
• Manage compensation and benefits policies and incentive systems
• Execute HR planning, including headcount, workforce budgeting, and staffing analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or related disciplines
• Extensive experience in senior HR roles within complex industrial and multinational environments
• Proven expertise in industrial relations management
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in the English language
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage HR data and reporting
• Availability to travel to manufacturing plants in Bergantino, San Vito al Tagliamento, and Parma

Benefits

• Competitive compensation package: €60,000 - €80,000
