Head of PMO

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including discovery, product design, build, UAT, and go-live
• Lead and develop a team of PMO managers, setting high standards for ownership and accountability
• Build and scale PMO capabilities, processes, and tooling to support the transition into the upper mid-market and enterprise segments
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to map customer workflows and translate them into product designs
• Identify gaps in product capabilities and drive AI-native automation to improve delivery speed and quality

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, operations, technical program management, or product operations at a technology company
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to navigate interconnected people, processes, and technology
• Technical problem-solving ability and the capacity to work through complex engineering and logic problems
• Strong analytical instincts and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience thriving in high-pressure startup or consulting environments
