Head of PLM Growth

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle enterprise sales funnel for the PLM product line, from lead discovery to the execution of MSAs and SOWs.
• Conduct technical discovery to map complex R&D and product development workflows to Uncountable’s capabilities.
• Navigate complex enterprise procurement, legal, and IT security reviews to close high-value ARR contracts.
• Act as the primary implementation lead post-close, architecting data schemas and configuring PLM workflows.
• Manage data migration pipelines from legacy systems such as LIMS, ELNs, or isolated spreadsheets.
• Drive user adoption through technical training and documentation to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Translate customer requirements and implementation friction points into actionable product roadmap items for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience within the PLM space (selling, implementing, or utilizing these systems).
• Proven track record in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, specifically managing complex cycles with $100k+ ARR.
• Strong structural understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and enterprise software architecture.
• Hands-on capability in data transformation and configuration tasks.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL is a strong plus.
• High agency and the ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
