Head of Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the North American Supply Chain Planning practice.
• Establish and expand service offerings, methodologies, and best practices.
• Sponsor and lead large-scale supply chain planning engagements, including S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting RFP responses.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Supply Chain Planning consultants.
• Maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning (S&OP, forecasting, inventory management).
• Proven business development success and experience growing client accounts.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or consulting projects in a client-facing environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% across North America.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience with advanced planning software and digital planning technologies.
• Prior experience in a professional consulting environment.
