Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of marketing performance and growth targets
- Centralize and manage external agencies across performance marketing, SEO, content, PR, and brand
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own marketing budgets, channel prioritization, and resource allocation
- Define KPIs for agencies, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Design and build the internal marketing team structure and hiring roadmap
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team as a strategic partner
Requirements
- Senior marketing leader experience (Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, or CMO)
- Proven experience leading marketing functions in marketplaces or complex B2C/B2B2C products
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and channel efficiency
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and multiple agencies
- Broad expertise across paid acquisition, SEO, content, PR, brand, and lifecycle marketing
- Based in or ready to relocate to the UAE
