About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the firmwide investment performance and attribution vision, aligning it with investment philosophy and platform strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end performance and attribution function across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies globally.
- Deliver investment-relevant insights to support portfolio manager dialogue, fund boards, and client reviews.
- Sponsor major transformation initiatives, including enterprise platform transitions and AI-enabled analytics.
- Establish robust governance, controls, KPIs, and escalation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and auditability.
- Build and lead high-performing global teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of asset management experience with deep expertise in investment performance and attribution.
- Proven leadership of complex investment performance or investment operations teams in a global environment.
- Extensive knowledge of attribution methodologies across equity, fixed income, multi-asset, and alternative strategies.
- Proficiency with leading analytics and investment data platforms, specifically Aladdin, FactSet, or Bloomberg.
- Deep understanding of GIPS and related investment performance methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA or CIPM designation.
- Hands-on experience with Aladdin's application in investment workflows and operating model transformation.
- Strong executive presence and change leadership capabilities.
